Your journey continues to Kibale National Park, where you’ll have the chance to trek with chimpanzees and take a nature walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. Queen Elizabeth National Park is up next, where you’ll enjoy both a game drive and boat safari along the Kazinga Channel.
The highlight of this itinerary is undoubtedly the gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Spend an unforgettable hour with a gorilla family and observe their behavior in their natural habitat. You’ll also have a chance to explore the stunning Lake Bunyonyi, known for its beauty and tranquility.

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe.
Day 2: Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park. On arrival, check into your lodge and relax for the afternoon.
Day 3: Game drive and boat safari at Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning game drive in the northern sector of the park where you may spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and more. After lunch, enjoy a boat safari along the Nile River to the base of the falls.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Depart for Kibale National Park, arriving in the late afternoon. Check into your lodge and enjoy an evening at leisure.
Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi wetland walk
Morning chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest, followed by a nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to numerous bird species and primates.
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Check into your lodge and enjoy an evening game drive.
Day 7: Game drive and boat safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early morning game drive in the park where you may see elephants, lions, buffaloes, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, where you may spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife.
Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Check into your lodge and relax for the afternoon.
Day 9: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Early morning gorilla trekking in the forest. Spend an hour with a gorilla family and observe their behavior in their natural habitat.
Day 10: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Depart for Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful lakes in Uganda. Check into your lodge and enjoy an evening at leisure.
Day 11: Leisure day at Lake Bunyonyi
Relax at the lodge or take part in activities such as canoeing, bird watching, or visiting the local community.
Day 12: Transfer to Entebbe and departure
Depart for Entebbe International Airport for your flight back home, marking the end of your 12-day Uganda Classic Safari with Elegant Africa Travels™.
